Tranquil!

Very aesthetically pleasing on the eye, staff were at your service all the time. In particular, Odysseas was very polite, courteous and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Perhaps a lil improvement on food variety, other than that, nothing!

Amazing hotel, adults only where staff are particularly welcoming and consistently friendly.

Modern design, very comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. Great facilities including a spa and wellness centre. Each of the staff were attentive appropriately and helpful showing great customer service skills and attitudes. We took half board option and the quality of food was high and varied and plentiful.

I can’t think of a single thing it was so good, hence high ratings

Cretian hospitality at it's absolute best

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Odeysseas and Nicos, we were made to feel right at home. Greeted with house made ice tea and welcomed to Crete, we were then shown our room. The hotel is beautifully appointed and our suite was stunning! As well as the sleeping area, we had a comfortable seating area and bathroom. The most wonderful surprise however was the outdoor deck - wonderfully welcoming seats and sofa area complete with outside fire. Breakfast was a feast of delicious local produce.

That we only stayed one night.

Wonderful

The hotel was stunning and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Lots of services to choose from and so relaxing.

we didn't have any lights outside until our last night. Seemed to be an issue with all of the rooms in our row. It was resolved on our last night. The fences between the rooms could do with being updated or changed. You can see straight through to the other rooms and it was a little uncomfortable.

SPECTACULAR

The hotel was so nice the room with terrace and fire place was amazing and huge ; the pool area was so modern; on top of that all the team from the reception to the restaurant they are amazing ,spectacular one of the best hotel team I have ever seen; all are so kind ,friendly,respectful ; I had the best experience ever in my life .the bottomline is that I will go every year to the hotel .I already booked for 2025

Amazing stay at NEMA Design Hotel & Spa

My wife and I recently stayed at NEMA Design Hotel & Spa, and our experience was truly exceptional. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff, who were incredibly warm and welcoming. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Nickos at the reception, whose attentiveness and friendly demeanor made a real difference. He was always ready to assist and offered great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we loved the overall atmosphere. Its location was ideal – set in a peaceful area, yet still conveniently close to many nearby attractions and cities, making it easy for us to explore the region. The only minor downside was the restaurant, where the food was excellent at times but lacked consistency overall. Additionally, the housekeeping could use some improvement to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Despite this, we still had an amazing time and would highly recommend the hotel.

Very friendly staff, especially Mandren and Rasti. Great meals. Beautifully landscaped setting. The property was very well maintained and clean.

Furniture in living room was low and uncomfortable. Stairs to upstairs bedroom did not have handrail or banister, and there was no protective enclosure around perimeter of upstairs loft area. Bath shower area was dark.

Amazing modern minimalist design. Superb breakfast, kind amd helpful staff. Our Villa was just like on the pictures, beautiful. The good bye bag was a nice surprise:)

Amazing hotel and super friendly staff

We love the style of the building. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is up to standard. We had half board. It is a buffet in the evening but a different theme every night so it never bores

A pity the pool is to cold in the beginning of May. Nobody used it.

Smart hotel with pool

A very smart hotel with pool. We had a generous room with large outside balcony. The staff were very attentive and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The meal at the bistro in the evening was also a delight. We stayed on Easter Saturday and so enjoyed the fireworks and bonfire by the beach at midnight...despite the rain showers!!!

Lack of parking wasn't a problem in early May as we could park nearby. The main space, centred on the pool was a little intimidating, but not a major problem for us.

Overall, very good value for the money (we stayed offseason in April).

Very helpful and cheery staff, private pools on the first floor

Breakfast dishes that required cooking or reheating were slow to arrive. Restaurant on the property is too expensive but fortunately there are a lot of other options nearby.

Don't hesitate, it really is worth every penny!

As we had the corner room, it was a little bigger than the others with plenty of room to stretch. It was peaceful and quiet, not a single noisy toddler in sight, which was the whole point of our trip. We enjoyed the room/pool and the beach so much that we didn't even have time for the spa - so something to look forward to next time. Definitely worth spending the extra dollar, especially when comparing with the ambience of the colossal resorts nearby. The restaurants/tavernas in the village are also lovely.

Superb hotel, great customer service with friendly staff, highly recommended

The variety of the buffet breakfasts was fantastic, fresh, hot and tasty with staff on hand to help with any additional requests.

The only downside and a real let down was the buffet dinner, it didn't look appealing at all, so decided not to even try any of the dishes.
